Before Publication

No part of any manuscript submitted to Southern Power System Technology may be plagiarized from any other source. Before publication, all submitted papers must undergo an initial screening and be checked for plagiarism using anti-plagiarism software (provided by CNKI's Academic Misconduct Detection System).

When submitting a manuscript to Southern Power System Technology, authors must declare the following:

1.The same manuscript must not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously.

2.The submitted manuscript must not have been published elsewhere.

3.The author must confirm that the research results of the manuscript are their own and that unethical behaviors such as plagiarism are completely unacceptable.

4.The author must ensure that the manuscript's content does not involve state secrets and does not violate national regulations.

5.The corresponding author should check whether all appropriate co-authors are included in the manuscript’s author list to avoid intellectual property disputes.

6.Authors may be required to provide the original data of their research, along with the manuscript, for editorial review, and should be prepared to make the data publicly available if feasible. If plagiarism is detected in any submitted manuscript, the manuscript will be immediately rejected, and the involved authors will be blacklisted.

After Publication

If any published article is found to involve academic misconduct or is reported for fabrication, the editorial department of Southern Power System Technology will investigate the issue and send an email to the authors. Authors will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations. If the error does not significantly affect the conclusions of the article, a correction notice will be published to address the issue. The correction notice will be published as a separate article and cite the original work. In severe cases, such as data falsification or significant plagiarism, the editorial department will retract the article from this website and all databases (such as CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, and CSCD), and a retraction notice will be issued. Additionally, the authors of the article will be blacklisted.
