Southern Power System Technology is an open access journal. All articles once published are immediately and permanently available for readers to read and download free of charge, with user’s rights defined by CC BY-NC 4.0 License. 

Copyright

The corresponding author should make sure that the submitted manuscript has been approved by all authors and that all authors agree to the submission to Southern Power System Technology and the order of authorship has been confirmed. All authors will be asked to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement after the paper is accepted by Southern Power System Technology. If authors sign the agreement, Southern Power System Technology will have copyright of the manuscript, including the right to reproduce, publish, transmit, translate and edit the work. After publication of the article, the authors shall own the right of attribution. The authors can use or share the published article under the CC BY-NC 4.0 License.

OA License

For all open access articles published by this journal, permitted third party reuse of the articles is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the license terms below are followed: reusers must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Reusers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. Reusers may not use the material for commercial purposes. The authors have right to spread or make use of the article under the CC BY-NC 4.0 License. 

Online Availability

All electronic files of published paper are available on our official website(https://nfdwjs.csg.cn/), and are also sent to CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu and CSCD databases monthly. All those files on our website are open access and free of charge, including the information of title, authors, abstract, author’s organization and full-text.

In 2015, Southern Power System Technology joined the National Science and Technical Journal Open Platform constructed by the Ministry of Science and Technology and implemented by Institute of Science and Technical Information of China, to open the non-commercial use of all scientific papers in the journal to the public.

Fees

Southern Power System Technology is an open access journal, and it is free for readers to download the published articles from the website of(https://nfdwjs.csg.cn/).

Southern Power System Technology publishes the articles for free for the authors, and pays authors for their publication.

Authors' self-archiving

The Journal allows authors to store all versions of their articles in an institutional or other knowledge repository of the authors' choice, subject to the specification of journal publication information in the article metadata of the stored institutional or other knowledge repository, and as a recommended citation.

Data sharing

The authors are encouraged to publish or share their research data whenever appropriate. Data sharing is helpful for experiment repeating and data reuse. The data for sharing may include original data, observation records, experimental results, etc. The Journal also encourages the sharing of software, code, models, algorithms, protocols, methods and other useful materials. The authors can upload the materials above to an accessible third-party repository and make a proper citation or add a link at the end of the article.
