In accordance with relevant national standards and to ensure the editorial quality, authors should follow the requirements of the format below.

Section 1 General Requirement

(1) The manuscript should not have been published in other journals, and the translated manuscript must be accompanied by written permission from the original authors. The content should be scientific, innovative, and practical, with clear arguments, reliable data, rigorous reasoning, concise mathematical deductions, clear and concise writing, clear hierarchy, and prominent points. 

(2) Academic papers should be written in accordance with the standard of GB7713-1987. The length should not exceed 6 000 Chinese characters (including figures and tables), but commissioned manuscripts are not subject to this restriction. For academic papers, please include the following information:

a) Authors’ affiliations, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, and postal codes;

b) The title of the paper and the English translation of authors’ affiliations, and author names in Pinyin;

c) Author’s introduction, including name, year of birth, gender, professional title, degree, current research work, etc.;

d) A Chinese abstract of around 250 characters, with 3 to 8 keywords, and the corresponding English abstract and keywords. 

An abstract should be written in the third person perspective and should be an independent short article, including four parts: objective, methods, results, and conclusion.

If the paper is supported by a national fund project or a major scientific research and development project at the ministerial or provincial level, please provide the project name and fund number.

Section 2 Format 

(1) The font size for main body text should be number 5, with Chinese characters in Songti, English characters in Times New Roman, and Greek characters in Symbol. Manuscripts must be editable electronic documents, preferably in Microsoft Word format or WPS format.

(2) The units of measurement shall adopt national legal units and symbols. Abolished units such as "大气压", "kg/cm2", "卡", "ppm", etc., shall be avoided. 

(3) Please indicate the language (Greek, English, Roman, etc.), capitalization, subscripts, and meanings of the letters that may be potentially confusing in the text and formulas. Special attention should be paid to letters representing vectors and matrices.

(4) Abbreviations should not be used in title (except for chemical symbols and commonly used terms). Abbreviations in abstracts and main body text must be written out in full, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses when they first appear.

Section 3 Figure, Tables, and References

(1) "Three-line table style" is recommended. Table numbers and headings should be placed above the tables. Table headings should be self-explanatory and presented in both Chinese and English. Annotations are placed at the bottom of the tables.

(2) Figure numbers and headings should be written below the figures. Figure headings should be self-explanatory and presented in both Chinese and English. Engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and function diagrams should be created using VISIO, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or Corel DRAW. Engineering drawings and electrical diagrams must comply with national standards, and function diagrams should be labeled with curve numbers and their annotations. Markings on coordinate axes indicate physical quantities and units. Photo image should have a clear structure. Digital photo images should have at least 2 million pixels.

(3) The text, variables, units, and numbers in figures and tables should be presented clearly. 

(4) References should be selected from publicly available materials, listed in the order they appear in the main body text, and numbered with [1], [2], etc., consistent with the indicated numbering. The format should comply with the standards of GB/T 7714-2015 and CAJ-CD B/T 1-2006. Chinese references should be accompanied by English translations.

The types of references and their identifiers are as follows: monograph [M]; conference proceedings [C]; newspaper article [N]; journal article [J]; dissertation [D]; report [R]; standard [S]; patent [P]; collection [G]; archive [B]; ancient book [O]; reference tool [K]; other unspecified types of documents, such as publicly available official documents from government departments, technical specifications or manuals from industries or large corporations [Z]; database [DB]; computer program [CP]; electronic bulletin [EB].

For non-print electronic documents, the medium should be indicated as follows: magnetic tape [MT], disk [DK], CD-ROM [CD], and online [OL]. These can be combined with document type identifiers, for example: DB/OL – online database, DB/MT – magnetic tape database, M/CD – CD-ROM monograph, CP/DK – disk software, J/OL – online journal, EB/OL – online electronic bulletin.
