1.How can I submit a manuscript to your journal, and how long is the review process?
Please log in to our journal's website at nfdwjs.csg.cn, register, and activate your account to submit manuscripts online and check the status of your submissions. Under normal circumstances, the review process for our journal takes 1-3 months, and we will notify the authors promptly once there is a result.
2.Do you accept manuscripts in English?
Our journal publishes manuscripts in English. Please refer to the "Submission Guidelines" for specific requirements.
3.When using your journal's online submission system, I always encounter issues when uploading my manuscript. What could be the reason?
When uploading files, please ensure that the file names do not contain symbols such as “*”, “-”, and “/”. It may be unsuccessful if the file name contains "c". Additionally, it is advisable not to upload manuscripts exceeding 3 MB, as this may cause inconvenience during the review process.
4.I have successfully registered an account, but it has not been activated. What should I do?
After successful registration, the system will automatically send you an activation email. Please check your email for the activation message. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via email or phone (13432313057), and we will activate your account. You will then be able to log in with your registered username and password.
5.After submitting a manuscript, can I change the contact information?
Yes. Log in and update your contact information in the "Manuscript Inquiry" section, and also send us an email to inform us of the change.
6.I have successfully submitted my manuscript. Do I need to pay a review fee and page charges?
Our journal does not charge any review fee or page charges. After publication, we will also provide a remuneration based on the length of your article.
7.I have successfully submitted my manuscript, but I noticed there are still some mistakes. Can I make changes?
During the review period, the system does not provide updates to the manuscript. Please ensure that your paper is thoroughly revised and the final version is uploaded before submission. If you believe it is necessary to revise the manuscript, you must first submit a request to the editorial department to suspend the review of the original manuscript (via email or on the website). After the editorial department receives your request, they will terminate the review of the original manuscript. You will need to resubmit your manuscript through the "online submission" and indicate "(Revised)" in the manuscript title.
8.How can I check the status of my manuscript?
Please log in to your account and check the "Manuscript Inquiry" to learn about the latest status of your manuscript. Once there is a final decision, we will promptly notify the authors, via email notifications, online inquiries, and mailing of acceptance notices. The results of online inquiries, phone calls, and email inquiries are the same, so please wait patiently for the review results.
9.I would like to request changing the order of authors. My manuscript has been accepted by your journal. Can I add new authors and change the order of authors? What procedures are required?
If the copyright holder needs to change the authors of the original manuscript (authors not in the original manuscript cannot be added as the first author) or change the order, the first author of the original manuscript must send a written or emailed letter signed and authorized by the editorial department of our journal to request the change.
10.After the article is published, will a copy be mailed to the author?
After publication, we will send two copies to the first author and one copy to each of the other authors. To ensure accurate delivery, please provide us with your correct mailing address before the issue is published.
11.I have successfully registered an account, but I cannot log in. What should I do?
(1)Incorrect password.
You can refer to the author registration success notification. It contains your login information, which you should keep safely. If you have not kept the email, you can only click "Forgot Password?" to receive a password reset email. If the password is entered incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 1 hour.
(2)QR code cannot be displayed.
Probably internet failure. Please try again later.
(3)After scanning the QR code, there are no "Agree" or "Disagree" options on WeChat, and the developer page is displayed.
Please try a different browser or clear your browser cache and retry. It is recommended to use Google Chrome or 360 Speed Browser.
(4)After scanning the QR code, the browser page prompts "Scan successful, please click 'Agree' in WeChat to log in," but there is no change on the browser page after clicking "Agree" in WeChat.
Please allow "Pop-ups and redirects" in your browser settings, or add nfdwjs.csg.cn as a trusted site.
Google Chrome: Settings – Privacy and security – Site settings – Pop-ups and redirects, change "Blocked (recommended)" to "Allowed," or add nfdwjs.csg.cn as an allowed site.
360 Browser: Settings – Advanced settings – Site content, uncheck "Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)," or add nfdwjs.csg.cn as an exception site.
Microsoft Edge: Settings – View advanced settings – Block pop-ups, change to "Off."
(5)After scanning the QR code, the browser page prompts an invalid path.
The mobile number used for scanning does not match the mobile number bound to the system. Please refresh the page and scan the QR code with the WeChat registered by the same mobile number. If you have changed your mobile number, please contact the editorial department to unbind it.
