Before Publication

It is not allowed that any part of the submitted articles to Southern Power System Technology is plagiarized from any other souces. Before publication, all the papers submitted have to pass through an initial screening and will be checked through the advanced plagiarism dectection software. ( CNKI-academic plagiarism prevention, provided by CNKI Company)  

By submitting articles to Southern Power System Technology the author attest the following:
1. The authors should not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one publication at a time.
2. It is not allowed that the submitted manuscripts have been published elsewhere.
3. The authors should confirm that the submitted manuscripts present their own research, and the unethical behaviours of plagiarism are completely unacceptable.
4. The author must ensure that the contents of the manuscript do not involve state secrets and do not violate the relevant regulations of the state.
5. The corresponding author with the journal should check that all appropriate co-authors are included in the author list of the manuscript to ensure no intellectual property disputes.
6. The authors may be asked to provide the raw data of their study together with the manuscript for editorial review and should be prepared to make the data publicly available if practicable.
If any submitted manuscript is found for plagiarism, the manuscript will be rejected immediately and the authors of which will be listed in the blacklist.

After Publication

If there is scientific misconduct or alleged fraud in a published article, the editorial department of Southern Power System Technology will investigate it and send an email to the authors. The authors have an opportunity to address the issue. If only some errors do not severely affect any findings of the article, corrigendum will appear to correct these errors. The corrigendum will appear as a new article in the journal and cite the original published article. In some severe cases like data fabrication or severe plagiarism, the editorial department will retract the article from our website and all database, like CNKI, WanFang, VIP and CSCD, and publish a retraction notice.  Further more, the authors of this article will be listed in the blacklist.
