Abstract

In order to solve the contradiction between the requirement of stability and efficiency and the requirement of opening access of the third party system in the integration of power secondary systems, and resolve the problems of positing, operation and maintenance of the unified data center, an architecture of intelligent dispatching supporting platform is presented, which consists of ICT (information communication technology) supporting, unified data center and standard service bus. This platform constructs a panorama data model for power grid based on integration of core bussiness model, and provides an standard open interface for the third party system. Compared with the traditional scheme, this architecture can not only conveniently achieve the collaboration among multiple business systems, but also ensure the stability, high efficiency and safety of the core busineses,and provide a good support for the information integration and unified analysis of power system.
