Research Status of Environmentally Friendly Solid Insulation Material

Abstract

Material industry is one of the sources of energy consumption and pollution emission. The study of environment-friendly materials and the real realization of sustainable development of materials play a vital role in reducing the waste of resources and energy, controlling pollution emission and protecting the environment. This article introduces the degradation mechanism and design of thermosetting insulating materials from the perspective of resource recycling, and discusses the research and application of thermoplastic polyolefin materials. And from the perspective of reducing pollution emissions, the research progress of halogen-free flame-retardant polymers is described.
